Fenchurch A/W 2009

Ah, the long wait for production cycles. Above are a number of tees produced (a while ago), selected and recently released as part of the Fenchurch A/W range. Fenchurch are lovely folks, and hopefully they don’t mind me nicking their photos for this post. Working with them frequently helps me cope with my serious nostalgia for my former all-too-brief residency in London.

More Shirts Please

A few selections from an enormous pile of apparel graphics produced for a retail client. Some selected, some not. But i'm not gonna let a little thing like that prevent them from seeing the light of day here in pixel-land. Apologies to Mr. Glaser for the first one.

Don't Run Away Let Me Down

I've begun to listen to Ska again (don't worry, just the old-ish stuff). Which leaves me either charmingly anachronistic, or dangerously close to being finally completely out-of-it. Either way, it will come back 'round to being eerily ahead of things, so i'm not gonna worry one bit. But how can you argue with the following sentiment?: "Black air and seven seas and rotten through. But what can you do? I don't know how I'm meant to act with you lot." Thank you Messrs. Wakeling, Roger, Cox and Steele.

I Rock NY tee - Urban Outfitters

Posted here reluctantly, but in case you wanted to know who was responsible for this one. The crazy thing is that Hong Kong or whoever made the thing replaced my nicely rendered devil horns with a cheesy clipart version. It was destined to go that way anyway.

Apparel Labels - Anthropologie

For a private label apparel line. Labels were designed to match fortune cookie strips, but manufactured of washable Tyvek paper. Labels were printed with 6 different messages, sewn at random into garments.

I art directed and designed them.
