Pack My Bags I'm Heading For Brooklyn
I am pitifully late to post this, and no doubt most of you have already encountered the poster at my favorite collaborators: Three Potato Four. But in case you haven’t, here’s my best friend BROOKLYN. CLICK HERE to adopt one of your own.

Fenchurch A/W 2009
Ah, the long wait for production cycles. Above are a number of tees produced (a while ago), selected and recently released as part of the Fenchurch A/W range. Fenchurch are lovely folks, and hopefully they don’t mind me nicking their photos for this post. Working with them frequently helps me cope with my serious nostalgia for my former all-too-brief residency in London.

Eugene Mirman CD for Sub Pop
I’ve been listening to their releases for so many years, the inside of my ears are pretty much molded in the shape of Sub Pop. When they contacted me to collaborate on the newest release by Eugene Mirman, i was—to say the least—EXCITED. Several weeks later, with Jeff Kleinsmith’s skillful Art Direction, the package began to take shape. The album releases on October 6th, 2009, so please flock to your choice of music sellers to support Eugene’s amazing brain and Sub Pop’s formidable legacy.

New York Times Week In Review
An old contribution from back in January, produced under the excellent direction of Aviva Michaelov. I’m always honored to be a part of an organization committed to excellence. The print version is long gone, but you can view the work online in context right here.

Mast Brothers Chocolate - paper wrapper
Oh, man. You might think you’ve tasted delicious chocolate before, but you’re gonna have to rethink what your mouth is telling you. This pair of bearded brothers are quietly obliterating all chocolatiers that precede them. This is a rough layout of patterned paper that will hug their bars of tasty confection.

Fenchurch Outtakes
A few more unselected directions for Fenchurch. I’ll post the ones they picked shortly, but these little guys need a life online, too.

Positivi-tee
Many many more apparel graphics for a really big retailer. Excerpts from a foray into designing for the mass market. An attempt to trade a low pricepoint for a few slightly-more-progressive-than-usual visual solutions.

Green Means Grow
Apparel graphic for an ecology-minded retailer. Nice to be putting positive messages on tees for once.

Spot Illustrations for B Corporation
A fun project, and exciting to be included in a small roster of illustrators i love and respect (Damien Correll, Garrett Morin, Geoff McFetridge, etc.). B Corp exists as an independent non-partisan environmental certification group that works with big companies to encourage green business practices and processes. Yikes, that's a mouthful. Basically they make it easier for consumers to determine which companies are really being Green, and which ones are only giving lip service.
Learn more about B Corporation here.

Saves Nine
Apparel graphic for a large retail client. Lately i've been interested in rendering aphorisms with embellished type and rebus-like symbols. More to come at some point.

Editorial Illustration for The Crier
This one accompanied a compelling article about misinformation and rumour spreading among marginalized minority refugees of hurricane Katrina, who were "rescued", but later isolated away from the mainstream population of the city that saved them. Read it, it's really interesting.
