Midwestisbest vs. NFNF
Results of a head-to-head drawing project with Mike Perry/midwestisbest. He's doing a bunch of these with an amazing group of designers and illustrators. Keep your fingers crossed, he may even print 'em up for sale soon. Thanks Mike!

A Yard Minus A Foot
The first 12 inches of a 35-foot drawing i'm doing with Mike Perry.
Drugs Beats Hippies
Two pages I knocked out for DrugsBeatsHippies, Mike Perry's zine. I LOVE that aggro frisbee-wielding hippy photo. He is sooo in the zone, man.
Hook Line and Sinker
Postcard for a show I did with Ed Brogna at 222 Gallery in Philly. I took the photo with an instamatic at age 10 while visiting Universal Studios Theme Park in California. Shortly after taking the shot, I stumbled across Evel Knievel's limousine in the parking lot. The back end had a truck bed (el camino style) with two bikes in it. Fucking rad. It was nothing but red white and blue shorts and jumping the stingray over trashbags for the rest of the summer.
I designed it / Ed Brogna hand lettered all the type.
Flock Together
Gocco printed stickers for a group show that Mike Perry and I curated back in 2003 but abandoned. We planned to send wooden birdhouse kits to two dozen artists with instructions to customize and return them. Completed birdhouses would have toured, gained fame fortune and hipster adulation, etc. But yeah, we got too busy and the project never "left the nest" (groan). This happens a lot. But the ideas live on. I heard that few other people managed to get this sort of show going. If anyone has any links or info, i'd be interested in hearing about those shows. Email me. There are more people than ideas in the world. (Note to self: Put it out there or suffer in silence).
